Our Expert Team and Multidisciplinary Structure

Medical genetic diagnostic processes require high clinical precision and a multidisciplinary approach. Our team is made up of the following core areas of expertise:

• Medical Genetics Physicians: Our physicians conduct clinical evaluation, dysmorphological examination, and genetic counseling in line with international guidelines.
• Molecular Biologists & Geneticists: Our team performs Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), WES sequencing, Sanger sequencing, and cytogenetic analyses to high standards of precision and quality.
• Bioinformatics Analysts: Our analytical team filters genomic data using up-to-date genetic databases and algorithms, converting it into clinical variant analysis.
• Quality Management & Operations: Our quality team safeguards TS EN ISO 15189:2023 accreditation, pre-analytical sample intake, and patient coordination processes.
