Contracted Institutions and Coverage Processes
In order to benefit from your private health insurance's genetic test coverage, a Test Requisition Form filled out by your physician and an epicrisis report indicating the medical indication are required. Pre-authorization (provizyon) processes through contracted institutions are managed by our center.
- Private Health Insurances: Test-based pre-authorization agreements with Allianz, Mapfre, Acıbadem Sigorta, AXA Sigorta, and other leading insurance companies.
- Bank Sandiks and Foundations: Special contracted prices and services for members of Akbank, Garanti, İş Bankası, and other institutional funds.
- Hospitals and Clinics: Collaborations with over 100 private hospitals and IVF centers across Turkey.
